The Team
Marlena Staudinger, MBA
Co-Owner & Director of Operations
With over 20 years of experience in business management, finance, and operations, Marlena brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for exceptional customer service to Urban Unwind.
A Dickinson native, Marlena began her professional career in the banking industry, where she spent nearly a decade developing a strong foundation in finance, customer relations, and business operations. She later transitioned into managing a successful local welding company, gaining valuable experience in leadership, human resources, and the day-to-day operations of a growing business.
Marlena earned her bachelor’s degree from Dickinson State University and went on to earn her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2024.
As an owner of Urban Unwind, Marlena oversees business operations and works closely with her team to create an environment where clients and employees feel valued and supported. She believes exceptional service, attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere truly set Urban Unwind apart.
For Marlena, Urban Unwind is about creating a place where clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside of work, Marlena enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Laura Tooz, MS, BSN, RN
Co-Owner & Clinical Operations Manager
After an extraordinary 23-year career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Laura is bringing her clinical expertise, steady leadership, and deep commitment to compassionate care to a new chapter at Urban Unwind. As Clinical Operations Manager and co-owner alongside Marlena Staudinger, Laura is excited to help shape a welcoming space where thoughtful care and exceptional people come together.
Laura has attended training in aesthetics at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she studied advanced aesthetic treatments and technologies.
Born and raised in Dickinson, North Dakota, Laura is deeply committed to the community she calls home. She is excited to build a strong, connected team of remarkable professionals who share a passion for helping others feel supported, cared for, and renewed.
Together, the Urban Unwind team is committed to enhancing the health and wellness of our patients in ways that reach far beyond aesthetics. Our goal is to foster meaningful, therapeutic partnerships with each patient and support their well-being in every aspect of life.

Michelle Hinrichs, DNP, FNP-C
Medical Director
Michelle brings over 26 years of healthcare experience to Urban Unwind, with an extensive background in primary care, healthcare leadership, and patient-centered medicine. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and overall well-being.
Michelle began her nursing career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dickinson State University in 1999. She went on to earn both a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2008. After serving in various healthcare leadership roles, her passion for direct patient care inspired her to further her education. In 2024, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Loyola University New Orleans.
Throughout her career, Michelle has cared for patients in Dickinson and surrounding communities, treating a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. Her approach to medicine focuses on treating the whole person, recognizing that physical health, lifestyle, and overall well-being are closely connected. She incorporates a holistic, integrative approach to care and believes in creating individualized treatment plans that support each patient’s unique health goals.
Michelle is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and continually expanding her knowledge through ongoing education and the latest medical research. She considers it a privilege to guide patients through their health journeys and help them feel informed, supported, and empowered along the way.
She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, North Dakota Nurse Practitioners Association, Obesity Medicine Association, The Menopause Society, American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International.
Outside of her professional life, Michelle enjoys staying active, tending to her yard, and indulging her love of sports cars.
Tina Schantz, RN
Aesthetic Injector
With over 30 years of nursing experience and more than 14 years specializing in aesthetic medicine, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and expertise to the Urban Unwind team.
Originally from Dickinson, North Dakota, Tina recently returned to her hometown after spending several years away. She graduated from Medcenter One College of Nursing and has built an extensive career in healthcare, combining her passion for nursing with her love for aesthetics.
Since beginning her career in aesthetic medicine in 2012, Tina has gained extensive experience with injectable treatments, including neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, and Sculptra. Her background allows her to take a personalized approach to each treatment, focusing on enhancing natural beauty while helping clients feel confident and comfortable.
Throughout her career, Tina has completed specialized aesthetic training with nationally recognized educators through Galderma, Allergan, and Revanesse. She is also dedicated to continuing education, regularly attending conferences to stay informed on the latest advancements, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
Tina takes pride in providing individualized care, listening to each patient’s goals, and helping them achieve natural-looking results that complement their unique features. Her experience, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care make her a wonderful addition to the Urban Unwind team.
Kayla Harmon, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Injector
With over 14 years of nursing experience, Kayla brings a strong foundation of clinical expertise, patient safety, and compassionate care to the Urban Unwind team. Her extensive background in emergency room, operating room, and perioperative nursing has given her a well-rounded approach to patient care and a dedication to helping others feel comfortable and confident.
Building on her passion for aesthetics, Kayla pursued specialized training at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she expanded her knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments and technologies. Her training includes IPL photofacials, laser skin resurfacing, COâ‚‚ lasers, radiofrequency skin tightening, RF microneedling, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial balancing, and advanced lip enhancement techniques. She has also received training in regenerative aesthetic treatments, including PDRN, PRP, and PRF.
Kayla believes the best aesthetic results are personalized, balanced, and natural-looking. She takes pride in understanding each patient’s individual goals and creating a thoughtful, customized approach that enhances their natural features while helping them feel refreshed and confident.
Combining her years of nursing experience with her passion for aesthetic medicine, Kayla is excited to be part of the Urban Unwind team and help patients look and feel their best.
Janina Mickey, LPN
Janina is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She graduated from Dickinson State University in 2020 and brings five years of clinical experience to the Urban Unwind team.
As an important part of our clinical team, Janina enjoys working alongside our providers and helping ensure every patient feels comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their visit. She takes pride in creating a positive experience for patients and contributing to the welcoming atmosphere at Urban Unwind.
Originally from California, Janina moved to Dickinson, North Dakota, in 2014 and has proudly made it her home.
Outside of work, Janina’s greatest joy is being a mom to her two boys. She loves spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and making lasting memories with her family.
Courtney Roehrig, RMA
Courtney is a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with 25 years of healthcare experience, including 15 years specializing in dermatology. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care to the Urban Unwind team.
Originally from Kentucky, Courtney relocated to Dickinson, North Dakota, in 2024. She has been a valued member of the Urban Unwind team since 2024, where she enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and helping create a welcoming, comfortable environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Courtney takes pride in making patients feel at ease, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout their visit. Her extensive healthcare background and compassionate approach make her an important part of the Urban Unwind team.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two daughters. Family is especially important to her, and she treasures making memories with the people she loves.
Katie Holcomb
Master Esthetician
Katie is a licensed Master Esthetician who graduated from The Paul Mitchell School in Salt Lake City, Utah. With a passion for skincare, beauty, and helping others feel their best, Katie brings a warm, personalized approach to every client experience.
Since joining Urban Unwind in 2023, she has enjoyed building lasting relationships with her clients and helping them feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Katie takes pride in getting to know each client’s individual needs and providing treatments that promote relaxation, self-care, and overall skin health. She loves being part of a team that shares her passion for helping others look and feel their best.
Outside of Urban Unwind, Katie enjoys fitness, self-care, and spending quality time with her husband and their three boys.
Colby Mink
Massage Therapist
Born and raised in Dickinson, North Dakota, Colby moved to Lakewood, Colorado, in 2014 to pursue his passion for massage therapy at the Colorado School of Healing Arts. There, he completed his massage therapy training, along with specialized certifications in prenatal and chair massage.

After graduating, Colby gained valuable experience working in a chiropractic clinic, where he focused on helping clients recover from injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents. He also spent four years providing massage therapy services at Denver International Airport before deciding to trade the busy city life for his hometown of Dickinson and join the Urban Unwind team.

Colby specializes in integrative massage, combining different techniques to create a personalized experience for each client. He believes in listening to his clients, understanding their individual needs, and tailoring every session to help relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve overall well-being.

Outside of Urban Unwind, Colby enjoys reading and spending time at the lake.
Irelynn Smith
Lead Patient Care Coordinator
Born and raised in Dickinson, North Dakota, Irelynn has a lifelong connection to the beauty and wellness industry. Growing up in her mother’s salon and spa, she developed a passion for helping others feel welcomed and cared for. She began working as a receptionist at just 15 years old, gaining valuable experience in customer service and client relations.

After earning her degree in Early Childhood Education and spending five years in teaching, Irelynn decided to return to the industry she has always loved. She joined the Urban Unwind team in early 2026 and takes pride in creating a positive, personalized experience for every patient.

Irelynn enjoys building relationships with patients and ensuring everyone feels comfortable and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. Her friendly personality and attention to detail help make every visit to Urban Unwind a welcoming experience.

Keira Rambousek
Patient Care Coordinator
Keira is a Dickinson native currently attending Dickinson State University, where she is pursuing a degree in Business. Outside of school, she enjoys crafting, spending time with family and friends, and being a cat mom to her two kittens, Micah and Moses.

One of Keira’s favorite parts of the aesthetics industry is being part of someone’s self-care journey. She loves seeing clients leave not only glowing from their treatments, but feeling more confident and refreshed.
