MARLENA STAUDINGER

Marlena has been working in businesses in the Dickinson area for over 20 years. In 2005 she started her career at local bank where she worked for almost 10 years. She then moved on to helping run a successful local welding company for over 6 years. Marlena is a 2006 Dickinson State University graduate focusing on business, human resources and accounting. She has a passion for excellent customer service and making sure each guest is treated like family. Marlena brings to Urban Unwind her extensive knowledge of the internal workings of running a successful business. In her free time she loves to read, travel and spend time with her family and friends.
KELSEY KUYLEN, FNP
MEDICAL DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Kelsey has been a registered nurse for over 10 years and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse since 2016. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing degree from Dickinson State University in 2010 and her Masters degree in Nursing from Creighton University in 2016. After graduation she began her career in Dickinson, ND working in various settings including ER, ICU and primary care. In 2017, she was trained by the experts of Medical Aesthetics for botox and dermal fillers. Here she developed her knowledge and love for anatomy and aesthetics. Kelsey’s favorite thing about the field is working with patients to create a custom plan in order to help them achieve their personal and aesthetic goals. She strives to bring out each patient’s inner confidence by enhancing their own natural features. As an ER/ICU trained nurse, Kelsey holds the highest standards of patient safety and continues her education in the newest technologies and innovations. In her free time Kelsey enjoys photography, golf, volunteering in the community and spending time with her family and friends.
Megan Gietzen, FNP
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Megan Gietzen graduated from University of Mary in 2017 with a Doctorate in the Science of Nursing. She has been a primary care practitioner for the last 5 years treating acute and chronic conditions, including dermatology conditions. Megan is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the Dermatology Nurses’ Association and the North Dakota Nurse Practitioner Association. She has been working in the medical field in Dickinson since 2007 and received her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2007 from Dickinson State University.
“I love to establish a caring rapport with my patients and include them in the development of their treatment plans. I feel patients do best when they can trust their provider and know their plan of care. I try to be relatable so that patients feel comfortable telling me their physical and mental health concerns. I look forward to continuing my mission by providing the Dickinson community with access to dermatology care”.
Megan enjoys spending her free time with her family, golfing, and traveling.
Paige hood, FNP
Paige began her nursing career as an ICU nurse in Rapid City after graduating from South Dakota State University. She moved to Dickinson, ND in 2019 and has since worked in the ICU, ER, and OR. In 2022, she graduated with her master’s degree in nursing from Walden University and began working as a nurse practitioner in the Emergency Department and Medical Surgical Department. During her schooling, she began to cultivate a passion for a more integrative approach to medicine and knew that she would pursue a career that would more closely align with this approach down the road. Paige believes in a multifaceted approach to healing with the integration of both traditional and alternative modalities. She strives to provide the best care for her patients by staying up to date with the latest research and continuing education. Paige spends her free time enjoying the company of her family and friends, traveling, learning new hobbies, and running after her two young children.
Stephanie Signer
MEDICAL COORDINATOR
Stephanie graduated from Medical Assistant School in 2004 and is a certified medical assistant with experience in pediatrics for 10 years and is a CNA who has been working in Emergency Medicine the last 5 years as a patient care tech. She loves taking care of people and helping them feel their best.
Kassy Hondl
MEDICAL BILLING COORDINATOR
Kassy earned her associates degree in business administration from Dickinson State University. She will tell you the most important job to her is being a wife and mother to her five children. She also substitutes teaches, owns a cleaning company and enjoys being one of the smiling faces you see when you come to Urban.
Sohaila Dadelahi RN, BSN
AESTHETIC NURSE SPECIALIST
Sohaila has been a registered nurse since 2016, with a background in Neonatal ICU and in the Emergency Department. With a long-standing passion for skin care and all things beauty, she has recently fused her love of science and aesthetics by joining the team at Urban Unwind Spa. She has completed the Aesthetic Injector Training through the Aesthetiq Institute in Oakdale, Minnesota. She has both didactic and clinical experience with Galderma and Allergan products, in addition to SkinPen Microneedling, chemical peels, FIbroblat Plasma Pen, and Venus Versa Skin Rejuvenation. With her professional and personable bedside manner, she strives to understand her client’s needs to achieve their individual goals. She brings her skilled eye and devotion to detail to provide her clients with natural and youthful looking results
Jessie Nichols RN, MSN
AESTHETIC NURSE SPECIALIST
Jessie has been a registered nurse since 2015 and has extensive experience in the Intensive Care Unit and the Emergency Department. More recently, she has melded her nursing expertise with her lifelong passion for skin care and the aesthetic industry by completing the Aesthetic Injector Training Program through the Aesthetiq Institute in Oakdale, Minnesota. She has formal training and hands on experience with Botox, Juvederm products, Kybella, Dysport, Restylane products, Xeomin, chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, the Venus Versa device, and the Fibroblast Plasma Pen. With her calming bedside manner, Jessie is dedicated to helping you achieve your aesthetic goals and will create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Between Jessie’s artful eye and steady hand, she is devoted to creating natural, youthful results.
Sadi Jepson RN, BSN
AESTHETIC NURSE SPECIALIST
Sadi has spent most of her life in Dickinson and is a graduate from Dickinson State University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Sadi enjoys staying active which includes hiking, spending time with her family and friends, and being a dog mom to her Bernedoodle, Theo. Sadi has surprisingly found a career in aesthetic nursing that was never expected. It is a pathway in nursing that she absolutely loves. She enjoys meeting new clients, tailoring services to their specific needs and providing the best possible care. Sadi is impassioned to help her clients not only to look good but feel good.

Nicole is a Dickinson native and a graduate from Dickinson State University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree. In her free time, Nicole likes to golf and spend time with her family. Nicole has an exceptional passion for aesthetic nursing and her goal is to provide optimal service to her clients and develop long lasting relationships along the way.
Larissa Augare

Larissa is a licensed esthetician who has always been passionate about helping others feel like the best version of themselves. She says there’s nothing better than making people feel beautiful in their own skin. Larissa offers facials, waxing, skincare, eyelash, and brow services. She would also love to add microblading to her services one day as she loves the importance of a good brow! Larissa has a wonderful husband; they have 3 beautiful children and a spoiled Frenchie, Stella! In her free time, she enjoys drinking way too much coffee, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Addie moved to Dickinson in September 2021 to be with her fiancé, and recently welcomed their first child, Maverick. She obtained her Associates Degree in General Science in 2018 and her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming in 2021. Addie discovered her passion for the beauty and wellness industry after becoming Miss Wyoming USA 2019 and competing at Miss USA. Addie loves to see people feeling and looking their best and can’t wait to assist you when you visit us!
Beth Mink
LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Beth graduated with a double major in elementary education and special education from Minot State University. Beth recently retired from 33 years of teaching. Beth’s goal with teaching was to help students become the best they could be, and this belief has followed her to Urban Unwind. She loves to see the transformations that our talented nurses create and the happiness that this brings to the clients as they become the best they can be.
Katie Holcomb
Katie graduated from the Paul Mitchell School in Salt Lake City, Utah with her cosmetology and master esthetics license. She met her husband shortly after and began expanding their family almost immediately. Katie had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom for the past nine years. In her downtime she enjoys fitness, self-care, and spending time with her husband and three boys. Katie is excited to be back working alongside others who have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
