Marlena has been working in businesses in the Dickinson area for over 20 years. In 2005 she started her career at a local bank where she worked for almost 10 years. She then moved on to helping run a successful local welding company for over 6 years. Marlena is a 2006 Dickinson State University graduate focusing on business, human resources and accounting. Marlena went on to continue her education at the University of Phoenix where she earned her MBA. She has a passion for excellent customer service and making sure each guest is treated like family. Marlena brings to Urban Unwind her extensive knowledge of the internal workings of running a successful business. In her free time she loves to read, travel and spend time with her family and friends.
Megan Gietzen, DNP-FNP

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Megan Gietzen graduated from University of Mary in 2017 with a Doctorate in the Science of Nursing. She has been a primary care practitioner for the last 5 years treating acute and chronic conditions, including dermatology conditions. Megan is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the Dermatology Nurses’ Association and the North Dakota Nurse Practitioner Association. She has been working in the medical field in Dickinson since 2007 and received her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2007 from Dickinson State University.
“I love to establish a caring rapport with my patients and include them in the development of their treatment plans. I feel patients do best when they can trust their provider and know their plan of care. I try to be relatable so that patients feel comfortable telling me their physical and mental health concerns. I look forward to continuing my mission by providing the Dickinson community with access to dermatologic care.”

Stephanie Signer
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Stephanie graduated from Medical Assistant School in 2004 and is a certified medical assistant with experience in pediatrics for 10 years and is a CNA who has been working in Emergency Medicine the last 5 years as a patient care tech. She loves taking care of people and helping them feel their best.
Paige Hood, FNP
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Paige began her nursing career as an ICU nurse in Rapid City after graduating from South Dakota State University. She moved to Dickinson, ND in 2019 and has since worked in the ICU, ER, and OR. In 2022, she graduated with her master’s degree in nursing from Walden University and began working as a nurse practitioner in the Emergency Department and Medical Surgical Department. During her schooling, she began to cultivate a passion for a more integrative approach to medicine and knew that she would pursue a career that would more closely align with this approach down the road. Paige believes in a multifaceted approach to healing with the integration of both traditional and alternative modalities. She strives to provide the best care for her patients by staying up to date with the latest research and continuing education. Paige spends her free time enjoying the company of her family and friends, traveling, learning new hobbies, and running after her two young children.
Michelle Hinrichs, DNP, APR-CNP, FNP-C

Michelle graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in 2024 with a Doctor of Nursing Practice. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Michelle has been a primary care practitioner treating acute and chronic conditions. She has worked in the medical field in Dickinson and the surrounding communities for 26 years. In 1999, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dickinson State University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2008. She pursued and obtained her doctoral degree after working in various healthcare leadership roles and wanting to return to direct patient care.
She aims to provide patient care using a holistic approach to health that considers the whole person and emphasizes the interconnectedness of the many factors that influence well-being, including integrative medicine. She also strives for excellence in person-centered patient care by staying current through continuing education and the latest research. It is an honor and privilege to have the opportunity to help others through their health journey.
Michelle is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, North Dakota Nurse Practitioners Association, Obesity Medicine Association, Menopause Society, American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys exercising, tending to her yard, and driving sports cars.
Jessie Luna, RN
AESTHETIC REGISTERED NURSE
Jessie is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and experience in the healthcare field. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2015 before going on to pursue her Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2018. Jessie spent the first several years of her career as an Intensive Care nurse before discovering her knack and love for aesthetics. Having an eye for balance and beauty, Jessie found the perfect position at Urban Unwind as their lead Aesthetic Nurse Injector.
Since Urban Unwind’s beginning days in 2020, Jessie has been an integral part of the team. She continuously strives to stay at the forefront of industry trends through training with renowned injectors, and even trains fellow MedSpa professionals.
at Urban Unwind, Jessie focuses on injectable treatments such as Neurotoxins and Dermal Filler. Her treatment specialities include Facial Balancing with Dermal Filler, Lip Filler, and Neurotoxin injections. She loves to sit down with a patient to form a long-term plan for their aesthetic goals. She is known for setting realistic expectations, saying “no” when a treatment is unnecessary, and delivering natural results.
Sadi Jepson,RN

Sadi has spent most of her life in Dickinson and is a graduate of Dickinson State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She found her passion in aesthetic nursing, a pathway in nursing she didn’t expect but absolutely loves. Sadi enjoys meeting new clients, tailoring services to their individual goals, and providing the highest level of care. She is impassioned to help her clients not only look good but feel good.
Sadi provides a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, skin rejuvenation services, and advanced laser procedures. She focuses on subtle, natural results customized to each client’s needs and goals. Sadi is committed to staying current in the ever-evolving aesthetic industry, continually expanding her knowledge to offer clients the most modern, effective, and safe treatment options.
Outside of work, Sadi enjoys an active lifestyle and cherishes time spent with her family and friends. She’s a proud mom to her son, Jett and her Bernedoodle, Theo.
Nicole Ewoniuk, RN

Nicole is a native of Dickinson and an alumna of Dickinson State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. With an exceptional passion for aesthetic nursing, Nicole has pursued specialized training and certification from the esteemed Aestetiq Institute in Minnesota to practice advanced aesthetics. At Urban Unwind, she offers a wide array of aesthetic and medical services, including the administration of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella, platelet-rich plasma, sclerotherapy, IV therapy, and vitamin shots. Additionally, she provides aesthetic services such as IPL hair removal, IPL photofacials, nano-fractional skin resurfacing, chemical peels, DiamondGlow facials, SkinPen microneedling, and Morpheus skin tightening treatments. Nicole is dedicated to patient care and strives to build strong rapport with her clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. She is committed to staying updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and believes in creating personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, listening to music, and traveling.

Larissa is our Master Esthetician, who has always been passionate about helping others feel like the best version of themselves. She says there is nothing better than making people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin! Larissa has a wonderful husband and they have 4 beautiful children. In her free time she enjoys drinking way too much coffee, watching true crime, traveling, and spending time with her family. Larissa offers face and body waxing, facials, body treatments, eyelash and eyebrow services. She would love to get to know you and help you with your beauty goals!

Addie is a master esthetician, wife, and mother with a passion for all things skincare and beauty. She obtained her Associates Degree in General Science from Gillette College and her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming. Addie discovered her passion for this industry throughout her time as Miss Wyoming USA 2019 and competing at Miss USA. Her main goal is to make a meaningful impact on her client’s lives and guide them on their self care journey while helping to build their confidence along the way. She can’t wait to see you and to help you feel your best!
Katie Holcomb

Katie graduated from the Paul Mitchell School in Salt Lake City, Utah with her cosmetology and master esthetics license. She met her husband shortly after and began expanding their family almost immediately. Katie had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom for the past nine years. In her downtime she enjoys fitness, self-care, and spending time with her husband and three boys. Katie is excited to be back working alongside others who have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
Colby Mink
LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Colby is a native of Dickinson, ND, in 2014 he moved to Lakewood Colorado to attend the Colorado School of Healing Arts where he became certified in massage therapy along with prenatal massage and chair massage. Upon graduation, Colby worked at a chiropractic clinic as a massage therapist where his primary focus was massaging car accident victims. Colby also worked as a massage therapist at the Denver International Airport for 4 years. Colby decided to leave the traffic of Denver to return to Dickinson and join the Urban Unwind team. Colby’s massage technique is integrative massage, and he loves to listen to each of his clients needs to make sure the client’s needs are met. In Colby’s free time he loves to read and enjoys spending time at the lake.

Courtney is a highly skilled Registered Medical Assistant with 15 years of experience in Dermatology and 6 years in Rheumatology. Recently relocating from Kentucky, she brings not only her expertise but also her signature southern charm. Passionate about patient care, Courtney looks forward to continuing her dedication to excellence in her new community.
Kassy Hondl
MEDICAL BILLING COORDINATOR
Kassy is a dedicated and detail-oriented billing and coding professional with an Associate of Applied Science in Business. She has successfully completed comprehensive coursework for the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification through the AAPC program and is preparing to take both exams to earn the CPC-A and CPB-A credentials. Kassy loves spending time with her husband and their five children, together they enjoy camping and outdoor adventures!

Tina graduated from Minot State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She was recently inducted into the Minot State Hall of Fame for Track and Field.
Tina recently married her best friend and enjoys cheering on her stepson on the ice and on the baseball field.
